Also tried this whilst deleting all other workshop content apart from what is found in the 394930 folder where HoI4 Mods are found in steamapps. Copied and pasted the steam workshop folder into the hearts of iron folder found in my documents After consulting google and search i have tried to do the following to fix it. Unfortunately I cant see an options to activate subscribed mods in the games launcher. Recently Bought this game after rinsing it at a friends offline so I could play mods.
